Dear Friends

Life is forward looking but it's lessons are learned from the past.Our elders are a treasure of experience..spectators of the changes of time.They have been directly affected by history...history that we know only through books.

There is a need to understand, learn  from and appreciate these voices.We would like to dedicate a few hours to these custodians of our past.Elders day is our effort to bridge the gap between the generations.

So if you have someone in mind whose story would make an impact on us or anyone who would enjoy such a gathering............DO LET US KNOW

Dear Friends

We had a story telling session for kids under our mango trees...was organized by mango (the kids department of DC BOOKS) It was nice to take kids out of their usual atmosphere and see them in their element in a completely different set up.I personally liked to see kids coming from diverse backgrounds mingling with each other ....learning..having fun.The place resonated with the laughter ..So if u have kids...or know friends who have kids..please do pass on the message.We would like to make this a monthly activity.The next session would be in Feb.We'll confirm the dates soon.:-)
